What’s your process for hydraulic cylinder repairs?
Every cylinder goes through a thorough inspection, rebuild, and testing process to ensure each cylinder is back to OEM spec:
- Inspection: Once we receive your cylinder, we disassemble it and carefully examine all parts to determine what needs to be rebuilt.
- Repair or Replace: Our full service capabilities help us to repair large or small cylinders, welded or corroded. Whether you need a new rod or the barrel needs honing, we do it all.
- Testing: Once the part is back to its original condition, we test it to its operating pressure to ensure your cylinder works in the field.
- Finishing: Finally, we cover all the external ports and paint the cylinder with rust-inhibitive paint to ensure it lasts as long as possible.
